cash in a life insurance policy my Mom has to prepay for the fuuneral which is already a stressfull thing I placed a phone call last fri to the lady who I met with from medicaid with a question I had no phone call back yet so I go get my papers so I can start the cash in process and I can't find the policy hmmm so I search every where tho I know the last place I had it was her office so I call again and get this the woman who answers the phone is crunching on something so while she is telling me the person I need to talk to is out of the office till fri ( uggg) she keeps crunching away so I asked her if she was eating something while talking to me she says " Yes I have a piece of ice I am crunching on a piece of ice" so I told her that I thought that was very unprofessional of her really unprofessional she said she was sorry lol then says that they probally couldn't check the files till that lady comes back so she puts me on hold and another lady picks up who couldn't help me either finally a supervisor picks up asks the name goes and looks and tada she has it lol
Like the process isn't stressfull enough I have to deal with ice crunching people on the phone uggg
