My sweet son kicked my ribs so bad at the end when his head was "down" that my ribs hurt for a few weeks after he was born!

As he gets bigger, there's a lot less room for all of that tumbling. My daughter was very, very active in the womb and my son, not so much. But toward the end, they can't move around as much and hopefully you'll feel his feet up in your ribs cuz that means he's head down. Has he kicked your bladder yet? That's so much fun!

did i spell that right? hiccups is how it sounds ... anyway - when i was pregnant (just after the invention of the wheel ... it seems like) my little guy would get the hiccups and ohmygoodness were they irritating. it's not a feeling like the baby moving it's an awfully weird sensation in your belly
