So I vomited a few hours ago.... About 20 minutes after eating cereal. When I got sick it also came out my nose. I am still cleaning it out but can't seem to get it all.... I am sure it is in my passage ways but don't know how to flush them out. I don't have one of those neti pot things and I can't leave my home.
Any ideas on what I can do?

Do you have anything at home like plain saline nasal spray or a dropper? You could even use some sort of kitchen gadget with a spout on it and use it like a neti pot..try to relax though, it'll come out. Also gently blowing your nose can help clear it. Pressing one side of his nostril closed with a finger and opening his mouth and then blowing really hard into it. (Yes, a DR told us to do this.) The eraser "moved" from inside the sinus cavity and then PJ was able to sneeze it out. Perhaps you can try that? Be aware that LOTS of goodies will get on the "blowers" face so prepare them for that and have a washrag ready. HTH and good luck
