I'm getting the message from Bricks that I've printed the coupon the maximum number of times - not true, cannot print my BOGO coupon even once
I re-installed (I think) the coupon printer - but still getting the message. Also cleared out the cookies. I'm using firefox.
It's a Macintosh OS-X version 10.5.8
Does anyone have any other suggestions that I might try? I did call Sobe, and they said the problem was with my computer, not their game site.

i had to download coupon program in my hard drive.
then i turn on printer then go to sobe website and if i win or lose then print redem coupon.

But not sure I understand.
I've been able to print these B1G1 coupons every day until the last 3 days - the message is that I've printed the maximum amount allowed.
So I am wondering what I have to do to be able to print again.

if you do not have code then play game without code that limit two time or one time play each day.
if i have codes, then i can enter how many time i enter to see if i win or lose.
i do play game each day if i win and print coupon .
i think so.
