Hubby can't hardly walk now and if it doesn't pass i am afraid he will be in a wheel chair before  he can get the hip replacement surgery.  We go Sept 21st.  Everyone wish us luck.

5|1|Do your best to keep your hubby's medicals up to date.  If he visits a doc between now and then, explain to them that you need a copy of the notes.  They should be able to quick xerox it for you.  You want the judge to have all medicals for the case :)  Good luck.
