Hi: I want to lose weight the natural way instead of starving or whatever. Has anyone tried to do the cereal (Special K) morning and lunch and then regular meal for dinner? Once she went back to eating regular...(not 2 cereal meals & 1 regular meal) she "fluffed" right back up (and I think more) than before the "cereal" diet.

You are better off eating smaller regular meals or making your meals smaller into 5-6 meals a day vs. 3 regular meals.

This is JMO. Weight Watchers worked best for me when I wanted to loose weight. Counting points was so easy once you learn how.

Yes you can lose a lot of weight by eating cereal. Years ago I did this and only ate cereal every day for about a month and I did lose the weight. I am glad to come across this post, as I need to get back eating Special K cereal again and stop eating my junk food, to lose my extra weight.
