3-4 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tsp mustard
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes--optional for some kick!
4-8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and lay wings in pan. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over wings. Turn wings to coat with sauce. Bake at 375 for one hour and turn wings after 30 minutes, then raise oven temp to 450 and bake about 10 minutes (more or less depending on how crisp you like your wings -- just keep an eye on them). Turn once so both sides carmelize!
