For your info. Yes, I'm back...more gloom & doom as usual. In this article/video, I've known for a long time now which I've posted many times here in the past on the dangers of GMO foods, fluoride, MSG, HFCS, Aspartame (when Equal first came out, was addicted to this product before I knew how dangerous it was which caused me to gain weight not lose weight!!), plus more dangerous toxins to make people sick, diseased, cancer, etc., all for the purpose of de-population, control of the people making us docile and dumbed down. I know I'm not popular on this board, so be it, this is what's really going on among other things happening in the world. Just skip this post if you're not interested.
For the past few years, switched to organic foods. Now that I've moved to NH, joined a local co-op, shop at local organic dairy/meat farms. I buy meats that are grass-fed, no antibiotics/hormones,etc., including deli meats, bacon-no nitrates, can buy raw milk - tastes delicious, which is banned in many states. Hubby & I have been very busy all summer planting a large garden (we have 3 acres) growing several fruit trees/bushes, many vegetables, including root vegetables. Hubby just informed me he's going to build a root cellar. We know there's going to be a food shortage in the future, so were getting prepared and becoming self-sufficient. Start growing a garden, even a small one is better than nothing. I'm now reading to learn how to can fruits & vegetables, smoking meats and have already used a dehydrator machine - works wonderful. I remember as a child growing up in the late 50's/early 60's, everyone in the neighborhood had a Victory Garden. I've also been thinking of getting some chickens as we eat lots of eggs, so will have to build a chicken coop. They are also handy to have around during tick season too!! Sharon:)
