We are conducting a research study in the Charlotte, NC & Atlanta, GA area with Diabetics currently using the FlexPen. You must be on one of the FlexPen listed below. This is the opportunity to be in a “web video”. Similar to a commercial. We are offering $500.00. To be considered for this study, you must FIRST submit a “headshot” of yourself, as well as a second picture of you and your FlexPen. This needs to be a current picture of you taken within the past week. Please use any digital camera in good lightening.
If you are selected you will be required to submit your doctors subscription for your FlexPen. You will also need to bring your medication with you the day of the “web video” if you are selected.
