Almost got them from QVC but you have to pay shipping and they don't have the color I want.
Anyone have any experience with Zappos? Good, bad, ugly?
I'm not buying till I hear feedback.

We have only had good experiences with them. The free shipping is lightening fast, returns are easy. Once I was in need of a pair of heels and bought 5 pairs to try (great when I had a credit card! ;)) No problem returning the 3 pairs I did not want. Refund was given within 5 days of when I mailed, didn't have to wait an eternity.
My husband regularly buys his shoes from them. He has small feet and local shoe stores don't carry his size.
If the price and color are what you want, I say go for it!

Ordered shoes at around 10 pm one night and they were delivered the next day at like 9 am in the morning! I have seen shoes on their site that a local store sells for $250 and they had them for $75! I wish I would have known when I needed special sized shoes back then!

I have bought several shoes from them and they ship super fast. Also got my father in law a pair of New Balances last year and he got them really quickly and loved them and they were really affordable. Totally recommend Zappos!
