I need a special prayer for our family cat. He's a persian..11 or 12 yrs old. He
has been on heart pills for about a yr now. He now has fluid built up around
his heart again. He spent the nite at the vet on Friday. Came back home Sat. morning
on two more meds. Well he is still not doing any better. Had to take him
back up this morning to have more test ran.
The last bill was $110. Not sure how I am going to pay it yet. Not sure
what today will cost. Don't have the money for vet bills, but he is part
of the family. Have to do what I can to save him. You animal lovers I
know understand that.
Well if you could please say a little prayer that he will pull through and
start eating and drinking.

About a year ago he had fluid around his heart. They gave them meds and
he had been doing good. Just started getting sick again. Hopeing
if they keep him on fluids for a fews days he will start eating again
and the med will kick in. I hope. If not they want to send us
down state for a test on his heart..$100 office call, $150 test fee,
and about $50 in gas to get there and back in my truck. So
hopefully it does not get to that.
That is not counting what these few days at the vet will cost.
I pray keeping him at are local vets will help and get him feeling better.
If not..choice one is to doing the other testing down state or put him
to sleep....which breaks my heart.

I know what your going through. Mine had the same thing. They are kids. You would do anything for them. I also have pet insurance and it comes in very handy.

Thanks for your good thoughts and prayers...but I guess it was his time to go.
The vet called me last nite and said he seemed to be doing better. I was
very hopefully then. But this morning she called at 8am and he took a turn
for the worst. He was having a hard time breathing. His heart was going. She
thought he was going to have a heartacke. She didn't want him to died alone in
his cage. So I left right away to go be with him. It was so sad. But I had
to put him down. He was suffering.
Just like losing part of the family.
