The suit which was for almost ANY drug the manufactured in the past 10 years (at the time)? I remember the submission had to be received around the 1st week of July 2008. We've received nothing and I was wondering if anyone had received their settlements yet. TY :)

I remember NOT making copies because it took me till the day before the deadline to get everything together as Patrick had been on one of the covered drugs since he was 11 and we could claim up to 10 years prior to july 2008 so it was a HUGE pack complete with crt's and and Dr.'s information and such. I sent it overnight and I do have the tracking # and the printed page that it was delivered on time but other than that I don't have anything. Oh well, I was just wondering if anyone else had received anything so I'd know if they are lagging or if we've been "missed". Thanks for your help! :)
