I use to try to do everything myself but not anymore. if everyone jumps in and helps it doesnt take aslong and everyone makes the messes so everyone needs to help clean them up..I use to have a cleaning lady come and clean but it got to expensive and I made a deal with my son if he would help me clean i would give him part of the money that I spent on a cleaning lady so that got him to helping more 8|1|i can't believe|joseph|parkerjoe3@yahoo.com|20:43:09|07/12/2010|

I bought paper cups last week when my son had 2 friends over for the weekend ,well they used all the cups (about 20) in less than a day so back to glasses I go. I know I have to wash them but 20 cups gone to waste was just too much.

11|1|I HATE cleaning but listen to music while doing so as it makes it a little more bearable. LOL (m)|maraj|maraj64@hotmail.com|08:40:37|07/13/2010|

And if you have ceiling fans, you'll notice they're the best dust collectors around. To save yourself the risk of climbing a ladder or arm & neck pain from reaching up to dust off the ceiling fans: bring out vacuum cleaner & stand at the ready w/the attachment hose up in the air. Turn ceiling fan on high & catch all the dust that flies off the blades w/the vacuum hose. LOL

I have a dry erase board on which I write our schedule and that includes housework. So I have divided my housework up into tasks...I have a two story house so I do it by floor and then task. So dust 1st, vacuum 1st etc. These tasks are written on the board on the day I want the job completed. Same job is done on the same day every week so it becomes habit. Then I can add things like wash windows or paint bathroom on days when I want to accomplish them. It isn''t a perfect system but it helps to be doing one thing a day. And then if you have company coming or something its really easy to know what is left to be done.

Michelle
