We will be in Peoria next week and I'm trying to get coupons ready to take with me. The Kroger stores still double a .50 coupon to $1, right? I cannot quite remember the rules for doubling at Schnucks. I believe they will give $1 for a .55 coupon but does it also pertain to .75 etc? THANKS for your help. Bev in Iowa 1|1|Krogers has had a limit on the number of 'like' coupons for some time....I think it's two, but not positive. Just FYI :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|17:31:30|07/07/2010|

I can hang a right and go to one Kroger down the street and it's 2 like item coupons per order no matter what!

I can hang a left and go the same distance to another Kroger down the street and they don't seem to mind more than 2 but I've not braved more than 5 at a time there yet. It could be that I always go to the same self-scan cashier and she's very good with coupons. I even see her out at other stores shopping with coupons and we exchange coupon information on where certain coupons came from and who has the best deals and when other stores are doing super doubles and triples. So I could be getting "special" treatment there and I just don't know it.

I've been told when I called customer service once that it's up to the store Manager to enforce what limits they feel necessary so one person doesn't take everything and nothing is left for other coupon users.

Thanks for your input. Maybe the Snucks ad will be on-line and state the coupon practices there.
