Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the TP rolls getting narrower?
I admit it's been quite some time since I bought TP because I have over a years supply left in my stockpile but I couldn't pass up a deal or 2 during the most recent Super Double coupon event at my local grocery store. Just noticed...do they think we don't know that they have cut about 1/2" off the width of each roll? Make the roll fatter but short us 1/2" in width and maybe we won't notice...DUH!

Just bought a new box of Glad straws - in a box - and was putting them on the shelf next to my old box and they are shorter!

I needed more space in my cabinet so I started to roll the old roll of foil (with little left on it) on the new roll....noticed the new one was about 1/4 inch narrower...they are finding every sneeky way to cut out product.

the half-gallon sizes (64-oz) are being replaced with 59-oz tubs. Also, with some brands of peanut butter, the jar sizes may be the same height and just as round as the next brand; however, there is less in the jars. The bottom of the jars are concave -- pushed inward, which shaves off a few ounces of peanut butter without anyone really noticing. GRRR....
