Mgrs here are clueless of rules and CS is not much help either...
Anyone know if you can use a +up reward on the same item(s)...thus rolling your rewards?
Example...buy Crest with a Crest reward and still get the Crest reward at the end.
Trying to figure if I can help a fellow board member buy rolling my rewards.

However, they ARE making changes and tweaking their new program. At one time I bought enough in ONE transaction and it printed 4 UP rewards.....it was only supposed to print ONE. They've fixed that glitch. But I did use an UP reward while buying the SAME product again...and did get the UP reward again.
I really think they will fix this...and probably soon.
