28|1|Living by the lake, over the past 25 years, we have had all of the creatures mentioned (along with a few chipmunks, who were the absolute craziest to catch,) except for salamanders,skinks, newts, lizards, and raccoons. Because I live by a farm & there's acres of fields & woods across my backyard, I've had deer, coons, possums & skunks also patronize my yard. So far the skunk is the only one that's been bothersome. LOL But there have been several black bear sitings & a couple of coyote & cougar sitings around here lately too. Don't really care to find any of them in my yard, but the coyotes have been heard howling/yelping quite a bit during the night & seen wandering around the mobile home park where my mom lives. :(

I just go to Ontario and Quebec.My favorite bear was a three legged bear ( that we named Trip) that was semi friendly and would come into the parking lot of our friend's resort.
