My DH, bless his heart, did the shopping for me because I've been ill... He went to Costco and I asked him to get to boxes of the small cans of mandarins... He came home with two huge bags of fresh ones.... There is no way for us to eat them all, so I was thinking of peeling them and freezing them.... I've done most other fruits but never any oranges...

Any advice would be appreciated!
