Thank you sooo much for all the prayers! Once again, it truly helped! Five minutes before I was to be at the courthouse the phone rang. My lawyer said somehow paperwork was slow BUT my ex was at that moment signing the papers we submitted as final rebuttal day before court. He accepted the conditions! I went today and signed the papers so didn't have to go to court. Now have to just wait to get the papers back from the judge with signature and 'official' stamp that says it's a done deal.
I have 2 yrs to sell or refinance (MUST sell ASAP..no choice as I have no support/help here for me and girls now if something goes wrong w/ daughters etc..I can't drive and monitor daughter on vent or bag her at the same time etc). Sooo hopefully all will work out in the end. He leaves to move out of state in 2 weeks..maybe sooner so now have to hurry to deal with car titles etc so hope the final official papers get here soon.
One hurdle down..more to come in the near future. Can't even conceive HOW I will get things moved with no help at all here, but God will provide again am sure with everyone's continued prayers and good thoughts! :)
