I was very low on my B12 levels and would sleep all the time. At first they thought I had mono. I got B12 injections and WOW did I feel good.

Thanks!

Last year I went through a period of feeling soooo tired. I'd get up about 7:30 and by 1 I'd be so sleepy I couldn't keep my eyes open. I'd be konked out on the sofa for a couple of hours.

Also around the same time I had a rash. I showed my dd allergist and made an appt to test me for allergies. Turns out I am allergic to wheat and corn. One of the symptoms to wheat allergies can be extreme tiredness. Once I read through symptoms of these allergies I recognized quite a few that I'd been having. This would be wheat intolerance, not celiac disease.

If you can't afford or don't want to go through testing, try eliminating foods with wheat in them (check ingredient list) and bread. See if you feel better.
