instead of wasting money on the book if you are going to eat 3 or 4 400 calories meals then google 400 calorie per servings meal and it comes up with different websites with recipes on meals that are 400 or less per serving. Take ideas from that and save your money. I can count the times I have wasted money on those types of books and magazines to never even try the recipes. Loosing weight is all in the mind, you have to want it and set your mind to do it and you will succeed. You can find all kinds of websites with recipes to follow and advice to give for free instead of paying someone a outstanding price for a book. 3|3|i'm not buying book.thanks for info.|suzyq70|cdbrace3@aol.com|07:55:35|06/01/2010|
