My son, Josh, had written a consumer complaint letter a little while back to notify Xbox that the console had damaged a couple of his games (made grooves in the game).....he has since had no trouble with it and none before that. They had called him about a week ago and talked with him about the problem....he just got another phone call from Xbox and they are sending him a wireless controller to compensate him! Very nice :) The games that were ruined are no longer made new, so they couldnt replace the games, but I am impressed with their efforts to keep the customer happy. I looked up the controller they said they were sending him, and it retails for $65...pretty nice!
