I have a mini van........but its getting quiet a few miles on it......although its in good shape.....i dont wanna keep piling on the miles and dont want the wear and tear

of going over the mntns.......

so we are thinking of renting an Suv....for vacation.........

good places to rent?
any discounts?
what happens if it breaks down?

ect ,ect,ect.........

ive never rented one before so........i could use some advice 1|1|I shop around and compare rates for all the rental places in the area I am going to pick up/drop off the vehicle....if you are a MyPoints member, they have a few to choose from that can earn you some points there....also, check your credit card terms, you might get bonus cashback for car rentals. And sometimes you can find discount coupons for car rentals, but I find they have a lot of restrictions on them......you can also ask for an upgrade and see what kind of deal they'll make for you...I start out asking about a midsize and usually end up with a larger vehicle for only a few bucks more.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|21:34:59|05/19/2010|

2|1|Oh! one more thing.....dont buy their insurance!!! It's not necessary, as most car insurance policies will cover you in a rental also (if you have full coverage on one of your current vehicles), and if you use some credit cards, they also cover you for loss, damage, and loss of use.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|21:36:04|05/19/2010|
