I just want to say it makes me incredibly irritable when someone complains to me I sound grumpy. Then when I say no just tired they ask if I'm pregnant. It ticks me OFF!!!

But I won't! It must be because you are normally cheerful? Tell them you are most definitely allowed to whatever feelings you have. Or just lock yourself in the bathroom for an hour or so! Sometimes that is just the ticket!

I would normally be a thin person but because of the Depo shots I have to get due to endometriosis, I've gained weight & it's all pretty much gone to my stomach. I've had people "whisper" to each other that I must be pregnant. It always amazes me how shocked they appear to be when I loudly reply, "I must be an extremely rare species of the elephant family then cuz I've been carrying this *baby* for several yrs. now". LOL Fools that they are don't realize I can read lips VERY well, from clear across a room, so I don't need to HEAR to know what they're saying.
My point is when people make rude, stupid comments like that, they got it coming. ;-p
