this was on front of aol today..........it happened somewhere in georgia.......
he is 14yrs old.......with the mindset of a 4 or 5 yr old............
this has got to be the stupidest thing ive ever heard of..........these teachers and bus drivers are just going plum stupid..with this stuff
my son is 15 and is autistic......he got off the bus a few months ago.......and turned back toward the bus and raised his arm above his head at an angle......
and made a rocket type sound........the bus driver wrote him up saying he pointed at her in a threating manner........

My friend's kid has been bullied by a classmate and this kid even scratched him with a broken piece of wood across his neck (grabbed him from behind and acted like he was sliting his throat). The kids are 11 years old. But that is "not a threat" according to the school. If that is not a threat I'd like to know what is!
Then they suspend or write up kids like the one you describe.
It's insane.

Not all that many years ago when we were in the car we played a game wave and shoot. We would wave to all the passing cars and if they waved back we'd pretend to shoot them. All with our little fingers mind you. People used to laugh hilariously and some would make finger guns and shoot us back, others if we were stopped at a light would pretend to die. We had a great time and it occupied us on long drives. I'd be scared now if my kids did it and of course I'm sure someone would take it the wrong way.

is a facebook page about this autistic child......and you would not believe the IDIOTS that are agreeing that he should be prosocuted....
makes me wonder what people like that would do if they had a child like that........sad world
