Okay, here are the correct answers for Round 8:

Now I realize that RALPH gave many of you a hard time, and the correct acronym was hard to find (all-acronyms.com/RALPH). The clue for all of these acronyms was "NASA and space". All had to do with space and/or NASA in some way. Congratulations to ranalt -- the sole winner of that Round.
