called with the buyer for our last house I stayed on the line while they talked on another with the buyer going back n forth while I was on another phone calling my husband to make sure we worked out a counter offer the conversation was over once we agreed on a price lol all it took was about 15 minutes lol 7|2|I wish. Houses here have come down so much. We looked several (3-4?) years ago and the cheapest house was $300K. Way, way out of our range, but it was fun to dream about anyway. 11|1|:( It could be a good sign. Either they are (a) hard to get a hold of (b) weighing their options and deciding (is there multiple offers?) or (c) considering countering....
