Do I want them to just be lose at the top?? A little extra room in the leg? What fabric is best for staying up on the belly???

as I wanted to be comfy, and I picked pants that were a little baggy in the legs so when my legs & thighs got bigger they still looked great and fit me. You might want to get some thin cotton one's for summer and maybe a couple pairs of blue jeans for fall. You'll want to pick pants that you like as if your like most woman it takes a couple months after baby for the belly to go down and many wear there pregnancy pants after baby is born, I know I did for at least 2 months.
