She just turned 93 in March. Since last October she has had dementia & was down to 60 lbs in weight. She had been living alone up to that point, then opted for Home health Care, she then was put in a dementia care center in January a few weeks ago they found her unresponsive when they tried to wake her up so rushed her to hospital with a few days in hospital she was back at the dementia care center then a week ago she fell & broke her hip. All doctors & surgeons consulted alot because they didn't think she would make it out of surgery but said they had no other option but to do the surgery. After surgery she was sent to a nursing home and this is where she passed. Sad thing is my mom & dad were not scheduled to be home from FL until May 5, but mom heard gma wasn't doing well so was coming home tomorrow :o(
