4 0|0|Computer Question...My home computer's motherboard and hard drive is dead...non-functioning...I took my computer to Staples to hopefully get it fixed...That's what they told me...my ? is this: I have TONS of pics from Digital Camera are stored in the 'My Pictures" folder...are they stored on the HARD DRIVE? or are they stored somewhere else where I'll be able to access them again once/if I get my computer fixed? But it can be costly.
When you have photos &/or other priceless/important data on your computer, it's always best to keep it backed up to a CD or flash key drive. Using online photo storage sites like Photobucket, etc. is also a good idea.
