2 0|0|Don't most places send out a reminder that your credit card on file is about to expire if you have like a monthy charge on that card???|latdp|the_cool98@yahoo.com|20:02:42|04/10/2010|

My gym bills using my debit card, well it expired the end of March I don't have anything else that is a monthly bill attached to that card anymore, but I used to and swear that places used to send something out that said the card we have on file is expires please update. Anyway my gym did not do that and I completely spaced and so they are charging me an additional $30 for a return fee because the card was declined. I am upset over this, I am in a contract with my gym so either way I have to pay for the next 2 years, but its not like I wrote a bad check, it was because my card was declined. I get I should have been on top of it better but it seems like an awful lot of money for an honest mistake. What do ya think?

Have a good one :)

Cheri 1|1|I'd ask them to waive the fee this one time...if you explain what happened, they will realize it was an honest mistake and won't happen again. :) I usually get a new card in the mail when my current credit card is about to expire.....so maybe your credit card company dropped the ball and if the gym wont waive the fees, maybe the CC company will pay them?|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:14:09|04/10/2010|

" You'll get what's coming to you ... Unless it was mailed."
