They had a thing on TV about cell phones being "bugged" and no matter how many times the lady changed her phone number her ex knew all of her converstions and where she was. Turned out the phone had an application he downloaded on it that allowed him to listen to all her calls and even had a GPS to track her. Only soloution for her was to toss her phone out and get a new one and that solved the problem.
Could he have done similar to a home phone, "bugged" it or tapped the line somehow? I don't know but I'd be quick to research and find out....maybe call the phone company for help? Check where the line comes in your house to see if it's been tampered with.

I would err on the side of caution with this and ask the police to document it. I can't remember-- do you have a restraining order against him? Is that something you might want to think about getting? His actions seem very very controlling since quite some time has passed since your breakup. He should be moving on as you have tried to.

Already changed all my passwords a long time ago... As far as the phone bill goes they should not be able to give out any info to anyone but me as i am the only one on the bill and such and i have never set anything up online for it. As far as the police go guess what they told me without proof that he is doing this there is nothing that i can do even though i do have a restraining order well i filed for one but they have not been able to locate him to serve him with it yet......Not that it really means much anyway. I dont know what his deal is or how he is getting this info.
But i went in and changed all my passwords on everything again. and im calling the phone company to see how this is possible. I dont think he knows my conversations he just knows who i am calling and when. like he is looking at my caller id or something or looking at a bill only my bills that i get do not list numbers on them kwim....so idk.....

It says in our divorce papers that we have to exchange numbers at all times so that we can reach each other about the children......trust me i would have changed my number a long time ago if that would have been an option
