I talked to my insurance today and they said, my insurance should not be raised....since it was a comprehensive claim and not a collision claim and since it was due to a natural disaster (flood)....
I'm soooooo happy and relieved and VERY pleased with my experience with Geico.....seriously....this happened on March 31st....I brought my car into the shop on April 1st and found out at the end of the day 4/1 that my engine was blown, called Geico on 04/1 ...then came out on Apr. 5 to assess the damage...I got a response from them on April 5.....they released claim payment to my autoshop on April 7th and my car is ready for pick up tomorrow....my adjuster was kind fast and efficient....
I can't believe how smoothly and quickly this process went.....What a relief for what could have been a disasterous experience!
