2|1|Robin, enjoy the cravings:) I craved foods something serious when I was pregnant and I gave in to them :) Luckily for me I only gained 35 pounds with each kid. With my first I went through several months of that. Okay, pregnancy can be beautiful and all that but now, picture me if you will 5 feet tall exactly and I carried each baby like a huge beachball in the front. I'll never forget walking into Taco Bell towards the end of that first pregnancy with my Dh and there were two teenage girls in front of us in line. They were chatting away and then one of them looked at me, did a double take and poked her friend who also took a long look at me. I don't think either of them wound up ordering very much after that! LOL! And I was so nice to go out in public as the poster child for birth control!
I remember foods that I couldn't handle anymore more than foods I craved. There was a long time when I could not make packaged mac and cheese because the smell of the processed cheese just turned me green. That lasted even after I had some of the kids and to this day I sort of hold my breath as I make it, just in case!

The only other cravings were for beer & a fish sandwich one time. Got the fish sandwich, took 1 bite & then I couldn't eat anymore of it, craving was gone & so was my appetite. Didn't dare give in to the craving for beer. LOLOL
I think the cravings only lasted me a couple of mos. tho cuz I don't recall having them that long.

I read somewhere awhile back that you crave more salty foods when stressed. Hmmm..... That could very well be true, for me at least. LOL
