the cashiers are allowing me to seperate orders (for the most part) taking dh and the kids with me have proved to be a must....I havnt had time for anything else. Making a min. of two trips per day...up to six trips...the deals are really cut and dry this go around. LOTS of totally free items....Im going to start inventory tomorrow...for now everything is still in bags.....on our way out now to hopefully hit three stores...then start this game over again tomorrow....(three more days to go and I dont know if I will use all the coupons I have).....(thats my goal...to use ALL my coupons that make stuff free) 1|1|Good for you! I just called customer service...there is a glitch where the double coupons are counting against you and making your earned balance a negative number...meaning you owe them rewards money. They say they are trying to figure it out but currently are going on a case by case basis and reserching where the error is. So check your balance...I had 3 days worth of purchases (5 items day 1, 4 items day 2 and 3 items day 3)...I have a -$.15 balance on my account! I should be at zero or just above because I have paid $7.XX OOP for my purchases...not negative!
You can view your card details online once you register you card online. So check yours and see if your earning negative numbers and call to get it fixed.
