I have really sick this past week...so much so that I can hardly stand-up and walk without leaning on something for support. It's been a rough year for me. My mom passed away from kindey cancer back in early February. I thought I was struggling along with the issue, but it's all I can think about at times. Last Wednesday Mother Nature amassed her power and brought me down. The heavy pollen in the air is on everything...ugh. So, as my health began to decrease, I lined up various pills, plus my pharmacology of Rx meds. And I went to bed. Or tried to.
At about 10pm, I called 911 to take me to the ER. When I entered the ER, my head was banging around like a base drumm. The pain was stabbing-like behind my eyes, across the top of my ridgeling, down around the neck...as well as ultra-tender spots just under each arm pit. Each time I coughed ( and hoped I wouldn't), pain flaired around my head. Throughout the early evening, I began throwing up liquid (I had stopped eating anything when I no longer felt I could keep it down). Also, my urine was dark (almost like a burnt orange, but a shadow). That didn't look good.
I am back home now and still I haven't eaten anything more than a half-dozen Saltines. And liquids. Lot's of liquids. I'm waiting on word from the hospital as to where the blood was coming from.

I wrote in your card that I hoped you weren't sick... I had a feeling you were sick, but didn't think anything like that. I had a bad sinus infection recently that lasted for several weeks only because I kept thinking it would go away and then it got so unbearable I had to go to the doctor. I included a SASE in your card for you to write me back. Just use the stamp on it for something else. Take care of yourself and get plenty of rest. It was such a relief to come to the board and hear that you are alive
