I had a $6 ECB to use but the cashier noticed that it was from another card (not mine). She accused me using someone elses ECB's. I was so mad! I mean, I only have one card, but how to prove it? Somehow on the original transaction that generated the ECB, the cashier must have scanned someone elses card or a blank card that was laying around the register. That's the only scenario I can think of. It makes me mad cuz that's a big one and I rightfully purchased the items to get the ECB!

I had forgotten my card & gave them my phone number & they must have typed it in wrong as it came back to another person. So I lost my ECB's also as they didn't know how to fix it after they screwed it up. Made me fighting mad.
