A couple weeks ago I went to the doctor because I had severe facial pain going from my left ear down my jawline. It turned out to be a really bad ear infection and she put me on some penecillin called Pen V and it made me so sick to my stomach and nauseous I didn't know which was worse the ear infection or the side effects from the antibiotic. It was a 10 day course 4 times a day and I finally finished them 3 days ago. I hope you are feeling better soon Robin. That's such an awful feeling. 7|4|I finished 12 days today - They said I should start feeling better in 2 days... If not it could be another one of my meds... And saying a little prayer for the good health of both of you. If it is meant to be, then it must be good? Or could be? I'm not sure? I had 2 high risk pregnancies and know that while they were nerve wracking at times, one result just ran up to me and gave me a big hug out of nowhere!

I have endometriosis & was told at age 13 I would likely never have children because of it. At least not w/out fertility treatments.
I didn't have any nausea at all ever, was never regular anyway, but man oh man. When I got out of bed in the mornings, my boobs were SO sore which wasn't something I'd ever experienced before. Took a home pg test & it came out bright pink. Got into the dr. a couple days later for a pg test & sure enough, it too was positive. I was 5 & 1/2 wks. along at the time & my little pleasant surprise came into this world almost 19 yrs. ago. ;)

A change in your body's hormonal balance which could be due to the antibiotics, or a little bun in the oven. ;)
But having a test w/the dr. is best, just to be sure one way or the other.

I know how you feel. I had the worst nausea for what seemed like forever. My breasts weren't sore but the nausea was so bad. It finally went away I think during the 6th month. So many on here gave me much help. Carol

i have 4 kids and really want another one. i have always wanted 5 kids and he is finally warming up to the idea. the baby just turned 1, so would have to wait a little bit. my prayers are with you hoping that you get well(as well as you can be when pregnant) and that everything goes well.
