He pulls something like this worse part is apparently the back door was not locked and before i even knew he was here he was in the house.  Not a good night last night at all.  Going first thing monday morning and filing a restraining order on him. I know that paper really isn't worth the ink/paper it's wrote on, but legally you need to do it to follow 'protocol' and protect yourself legally..that you have taken all the right steps should it proceed to court etc. <BR>I know my 1st ex did stupid stuff like that to me..even had me run off the road and took my car keys one time. WHY..have no idea as HE was the one who wanted the divorce and had a girlfriend etc. At least this time my soon to be 2nd ex is now avoiding me like the plague so far lol! <BR>
