It will cleanse and rejuvenate your skin.
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff)
A few drops of honey
Preparation:
Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together.
Warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon.

Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture.

Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth.

Apply moisturizer.

Separate an egg yolk from the white. Stir the yolk a little bit to break it up.

If your skin is dry, add some olive oil and some warmed honey to the egg yolk.

Use your fingers to apply it to your face and neck. Don’t apply it on your eyes. Wait approximately 20 minutes and rinse it off using cool water
4|1|I've read of using olive oil as a moisturizer, apply lightly after cleansing your skin....also avocado masks are supposed to be very moisturizing and replenishing....just mash the avocado finely, apply to skin, let sit for 10 -15 mins and rinse off with tepid water.|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|17:05:14|03/26/2010|

Drink lots of fluids. I drink lots of water, fresh brewed teas (white, green, red, herbal) everyday. From what I've read, keeping hydrated also means less wrinkles!! I do know many people do not drink enough fluids on daily basis.
