Something most parents begin teaching their kids at a very young age, & that if the kids don't follow the rules, they lose privileges. Of course, kids grow up & usually mature into responsible adults who are respectful of & abide by rules w/out a 2nd thought. They understand the simple logic, "break a rule, lose a privilege". Unfortunately, there are a few who have a hard time grasping that concept. ;)
