switched awhile back I had gotten a letter in feb saying my membership was due but my card was not up to date and was expired I didn't do anything as it appeared they couldn't do anything with out me updating till I was looking over my account and saw that they did charge me the $42.39 So I called and asked them how they got around the experation date and told her I didn't update it with them as I haven't used them in a long time she said after they didn't hear from me they didn't want my computer at risk so they just charged the bank account that was with the card weelll to me it is no different as it was my debit card so they are going to credit my account just a heads up 1|1|Thats just wrong. Did you call your bank? I would think if you filed a claim that would give you your money back... It was an unauthorized purchase. and LAST YEAR they accidentally charged me twice for the renewal and it took several weeks for a refund. A week or so after the refund from the exra charge was finally reversed, I got an email from them that my particular version wasn't even going to be supported beginning the next month but that I could buy an entirely new package from them. The renewal was $70+. C'mon!!!

So, I quit them. Permanently. I told them to forget my number. Can you tell I'm still steamed?!

mentioned a few times and asked them also how they got around the expired card She finally told me as they didn't want me to be without coverage that they just went ahead and charged the bank account linked to the card I told them I wanted my money back and she actually said she would refund it BUT she could offer me 1/2 if I wanted to still use it lol lol She seemed a lil miffed when I wouldn't tell her what one we are using now I told her I didn't know that my son udoes all that stuff for me and I don't know which one which is the truth lol but she didn't like that answer lol
