Kristy's Taco Dip
1 8oz cheddar cheese (your preference)
1 8oz bar pepper jack (you can also use Cabot's various forms of pepper cheese)
1 jar of salsa (your preference)
2 bars of cream cheese
1 15oz can of hormel chili no beans
olives optional
In an oven safe 9x9 pan spread and layer:
1. Cream cheese
2. Hormel Chili
3. Salsa
4. Olives (optional)
5. Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
6. Cheddar Cheese shreded
Baked at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is throughly melted. If you aren't eating at home make it in a crock pot layering it the same way. Then put the crock pot insert into the microwave for about 4-5 minutes to heat all the way through. Then just put it on warm and it's ready to serve and stays hot! You can vary the taste by varying the salsa (mild, medium, hot, chunky, etc) and the cheese as well (sharp white, yellow, cabot chipotle, or cabot habanero SUPER HOT, etc)

Garlic Cheese Ball
1/2 blk sharp cheese
1 8oz cream cheese
2 t blue cheese crumbled
1 pinch carraway
fresh garlic 2 cloves chopped
rolled in walnuts pecans
Throw all but nuts in the food processor.
