Ok, beef in the pot......... cooking away. I am cooking it on LOW for 8 hours. I know I add the Cabbage about 1 hour b4 we're ready to eat but what about the Potatoes? Hubby asked for Potatoes last night and I've never added them to the pot B4. Anyone know? Thanks so much for your help and Happy St. Patrick Day everyone! :)

I've cooked corned beef in crock pots but not the other components. 2|1|Dont know if it's too late, but I'd say add the potatoes half way through so they have a good 4 hours to cook, and quarter them to cook through faster :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|16:16:21|03/17/2010|
