When my great aunt died they hired my husband and oldest son to clean out her house. At some point in her life someone had given her a metal sign that said snake hill beware and had a cartoon looking rattle snake on it. We thought it was hilarious. When we lived at the other house we put it in the flower bed. One night I ordered Papa Johns and my phone rang a number unknown about half an hour later. I answered it. The delivery guy said he was terrified of snakes and wasn't coming up. The delivery guy was in the street standing at his car with the pizza on the hood. That was just the first of stories I got from that sign. It was so much fun! I had a bunch of college guys come one day to pick up something I had put on freecycle. The biggest and strongest guy stood at the street afraid too of my 'scary' sign lol

He grew up with parents who were super nutty health food freaks... so when he rented a house with my brother, I think all they ate was junk. Any way, my brother was studying one night and smelled something, and then the smoke alarm went off. His buddy was in the middle of the kitchen trying to "fan" smoke out the door. However, my brother realized that the oven was still on and the pizza was in there... IN THE BOX smoking ready to start a fire!

Long before I entered matt's family there were long running stories about what a bad cook my sister in law is. Then when she actually makes something good she only makes such a small portion there is never enough for everyone. At the time we went to visit them I think we only had the three boys. Bonnie said she was making frozen pizzas and we all sighed in relief. How can you possibly mess that up right? She baked them all with the cardboard under them because she said they are less greasy that way... OH my. In case you plan to try it, it makes the pizzas totally floppy. The crust never hardens and it's like eating regular bread with sauce and cheese and a big mushy mess LOL

My boys were having their first boy-girl get together at the house, it was summer, so they had a pool party....I went and got four Digiorno pizza, first time I'd ever bought them(gotta pull out the stops, they were trying to impress the girls, lol), served them outside to the kids with all the other goodies, pop, chips, cupcakes, etc....
The next morning my neighbor guy (boo, hisss, boo!) came knocking on the door with a pizza crust in his hand....complaining the piece of crust was on his side of our adjoining yards....I just let him vent, then asked if there was anymore for the boys to pick up....there wasnt, it was just one errant piece of pizza crust on the ground that happened to bounce past our property line. I mean really, if he'd just let it sit there for another hour, some hungry bird or squirrel would have taken care of it...or even if it sat there for days, it IS biodegradable, geez DUDE!

Got my envie today, thanks sooooo much, especially for the coupons! The boys were fighting over the "frisbees" until they saw the beads, let me know say it is helping us practice our time telling skills because they need to trade every 15 minutes and have been doing that for over an hour :)
