Friday night i was standing at my kitchen sink and i saw a flash of light like a camera
then a big boom that rocked the windows
i had just been playing in water and boy that scared me
a few minutes later i warmed up a snak for the boys and i had not gotten the microwave unplugged and i was in front of the microwave and BOOM the lightning hit the outlet the micro was plugged in to
so it blew the micro we had had for 16 years and the flash of light from that scared me so bad i went running LOL
the lightning played around the house for the whole storm it seems
i think it knew i was scared to pieces ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
i am ready for spring and summer but not storms
ughhhh

we were lucky to not have any lightening but everything is soggy, big puddles in the yard, water just sitting there. we had water come into the basement too, lucky I went to check and saw it flowing in like a wterfall. the room is finished so could have been a disaster, just some wet carpet. 2|2|YIKES the basement has water not finished but i have all boxed up stuff sitting on plastic totes |lydzkydz|wyldkydz@embarqmail.com|12:55:20|03/14/2010|
