I like stew meat for tacos.....I freeze it just long enough to make it easier to slice and dice (it cooks SOOO much more quickly if it's tiny but it's probably just as easy to cook then shred) cook it up, and use hot salsa for taco sauce/flavoring instead of actual taco spices and sauce, add lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and POOF....all done. 5|1|noway....I'm gonna hold out til I hear your idea...but I'm leaning toward the tacos for sure! :) I have four smallish packages, could freeze two for another time :) Got it for $1.29 a lb, couldnt pass it up, looks great, just as good as the stuff marked $2.89 a lb.....|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|12:03:32|03/12/2010|
