Any they're great. I recommend them. Also recommend FitFlop for the summer months, they're super supportive. They took three 'average' women and had them wear them for two weeks. Every single one hated them. They weren't comfortable, they didn't help you lose weight any more than regular sneakers. Seems to me there was another reason though I don't recall it I just remember thinking I was glad I caught that and won't be buying them.

Yes they hurt my feet for the first couple of days but after the 3rd or 4th day they were fine. I've had them for almost 2 months and yes, I have seen a difference in my legs and butt. A huge change? No, but enough to notice. These shoes are definately NOT designed for standing around. After about 30 minutes of just standing my feet start to hurt. So I wouldn't suggest them for Disney World on a busy day, but the zoo .......... sure! Going to a park .......... sure, grocery store........ heck yeah! They are awesome. HTH :)
