absolutely LOVE it! You initially post 10 of your books and will get 2 free credits for them. After that any book you order from someone costs 1 credit (unless it states otherwise due to being a audio book which costs more). The person you order from pays the postage and if someone orders from you, you pay postage. That is it! :) For each book you YOU trade you get one credit and costs one credit when you order one from someone else. You can purchase extra credits also if you wish. You get a email when someone wants a book from you as well. There are thousands of book listings to choose from and you can narrow it down by genre etc there too.
My profile shows since being a member I have saved $2,421 based on a average price of $4.50 a book IF I had actually purchased them from a retailer and we all know most books cost waayy more that that initially. :)

Edited to add: forgot to say it's not JUST paperbacks..there are hardbacks, audio, large print etc as well there and wishlists so you can get in line for a particular book you are wanting. Your account has lists to show what you have read, what you have listed, books in your wishlist and so forth. Great site!

my sig lines below for PBS and should get a referrel from you. :) I appreciate it but certainly not necessary. Seems I am most always in the middle of trades for books from there. Just sooo many to choose from and seems it usually doesn't take that long to get any newer book I am looking for as well. :)

8|5|yep..in fact, you choose which options you want &|Skaytes|skaytez@gmail.com|19:53:14|03/07/2010|

can choose to get delivery confirmation as well and if you do you get 'instant' credit instead of waiting till the book reaches the person and they go to the site and confirm they receive it. I try to use that option all the time. :) If a book is lost (it will say estimated arrival date on your account of the book depending on when the person clicked it was mailed) they will send a email reminder for you asking if you received it yet..and if not, to wait a few more days. If it goes past that date, they will automatically cancel that book request and refund your credit to you as well.
You will print the shipping label on your puter..just regular puter paper and will have the postage and DC on it if you choose that DC as well and says Media mail on it. It auto knows how much the book weighs etc but on the page where you choose options for printing you can also change the weight if you know it's wrong or something. :) Any other questions just ask. It's not complicated at all..just choose your options when you print. :) 4|1|Skaytes just summed it up. : - }|SandyC|sacoates1@msn.com|18:19:33|03/07/2010|

I just found out (and did it) this past Friday that you can transfer credits from one to another; since I order more books than I do dvds, I transferred 10 credits from swapadvd to paperbackswap AND got 15 credits. What a deal!

:D
SandyC 9|2|yep..love swap a DVD too! Get LOTS of movies from there all the time as well! :)|Skaytes|skaytez@gmail.com|19:53:50|03/07/2010|
