Hello Everyone,
So very sorry I have e-mailed or posted anything in a long time. It's hard to sit down at the computer, be in pain & take all the pain meds I do and still be able to have it all together with my brain.
Back in November I got my new battery for my Neurostimulator. It work but I had gotten a infection and it was
MRSA--(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) also.
On Dec. 28th, I had gone to the ER to get some relief from having "severe back spasm". They gave me a shot of Anti-inflammatory & pain shot of Dilaudid.
After being home a couple of hours I passed out and fell straight back on the Hardwood floors (luckly I didn't hit my head) but I did injured my back. Along with that I also got "MRSA" back.
Now after 8 weeks of them, trying to help my back I will be having surgery again this Friday, 3-5-10, to have the Neurostimulator Implant REMOVED, due to the MRSA. I heard that MRSA could hurt but never expected it to be as painful as my back. It is TERRIBLE. They will NOT be able to pit it bck in. I LOVED this machine I was able to do so many things that I wasn't able to for a long time. The 5 years I have had it was be wonderful. I will now be going back to the OLD pain and having Noodle Legs.
Please keep my sister Karen in your prayers, she is having surgery this coming Monday on her Thyroid and they will not know if it's cancer until then get there. She really need positive energy as well!!!
I am asking for just your prayers. It would really mean ALOT to me. I totally believe in the "Power of Prayer" sometimes we get really down and need help from others to lift us back up!
I just want to ge back my good health and get the Newsletter going again & my upc site!!

Hello Everyone, Thanks so much for all the prayers & emails!
I am home from surgery and everything went great--they got the stimulator "completely out" and my back feels alot better. The infection was ALL in the battery sac near the butt.
Because of the "MRSA" I won't be able to have another machine put in for at least a year. I will be living on narcotics and other meds they give me.

My sister, Karen had her surgery for the Thyroid and it WAS "CANCER" , they did remove the thyroid and believe they got all the cancer.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
